Own your body.

Own your swing.

COR Golf Fitness was started with the idea that every single golfer can improve their game through enhanced athletic abilities in the four pillars of golf fitness: Mobility, Balance, Speed and Power. By taking the PGA Tour proven approach, we utilize Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) standards to assess your current fitness levels to create a comprehensive golf fitness game plan to attack your restrictions.

We do not believe in the cookie cutter "one size fits all" approach that can frustrate and confuse players, we fully customize and individualize your fitness game plan to have you playing your best golf.

Through on-site or remote TPI assessments, customized on-site or remote training programs and individualized personal training, we are here to make you golf fit! On-site assessments can be done at various locations.

Introducing COR

The Ultimate Method to Change Your Game

The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to their body. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history.

The goal of your fitness program is to create body awareness as it relates to your golf swing by:

  • Increasing flexibility and mobility for a smoother swing.

  • Correcting body imbalances that are caused by using only one side of the body.

  • Increasing power to hit farther.

  • Increasing endurance so your last hole is just as strong as your first hole.

  • Establishing an individual pre-round warm-up.

  • Building a strong core for stability.

  • Creating a balanced nutrition plan to maintain constant energy levels.
