Efficient Golf Success
Peak Golf Performance
Golf Body Confidence

You can't get the same turn you used to, and you see it when you watch your swing on video
You’re feeling more aches, fatigue, and tightness, especially in the last 3 holes or after multiple rounds.
The power is still there in your mind, and you remember crushing it down the middle with ease
You’ve lost distance off the tee, and no amount of swing tweaks seems to bring it back.
You know your body is holding back your swing, but generic workouts and random exercises haven’t made a real difference.
You’ve taken lessons and upgraded your clubs, but your swing still feels stiff and inconsistent.
When you lose mobility and power in your golf swing, it doesn't just cost you distance.
It costs you confidence.
You start second-guessing club selection and switch your 7-iron to a 5-iron. You lay up on holes you used to attack. You take the walk of shame to the forward tees.
Worse, you start compensating by adjusting your swing to work around your physical limitations, maybe go all arms.
Which leads to inconsistency, frustration, and eventually injuries that keep you off the course entirely.
The game you love becomes a reminder of what you've lost instead of something you dominate.
Maybe you've:
⛳Hit the weight rack at the gym, but felt more stiff, not more flexible
⛳Stretched before rounds but it still takes 2-3 holes to find your groove
⛳ Bought the Orange Whip, Stack System or other training aids that gathered dust in your garage
⛳ Tried "flexibility routines" on YouTube that weren't designed for golfers your age
⛳ Even worked with a personal trainer who knew nothing about the rotational demands of golf
The problem? None of those approaches were targeted to the needs of an older golfer.
Generic fitness advice designed for 25-year-olds on Tour doesn't work for serious golfers over 45.
I've seen this same story play out hundreds of times:
Competitors who used to dominate their club championships, now watching younger (or smarter) players leave them behind.
And the frustrating part? These aren't golfers who've given up. They're still competitive. Still practicing. Still playing.
They just didn't have a system targeted to what their bodies actually needed to perform after 45.
That's the gap I became obsessed with closing.

I help competitive golfers 45 and older play the best golf of their life by enhancing mobility, restoring speed, and eliminating pain.
My background? It didn’t start in a weight room or a golf lab. It started as a kid at golf camp with my brother. That early love for the game planted the seed, but it wasn’t until years later when my own kids began competing in PGA Jr League and AJGA tournaments that it all clicked.
When my son Max was 13, his coach turned to me and said, “Max is too stiff and needs more rotation. You’re a trainer. You can fix that, right?”
Even with a decade of experience in general fitness, I didn’t know the answer. So, I found it. I became a certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Professional and started COR Golf Fitness with one mission:
To help golfers, especially those 45+, restore the flexibility, power and confidence they need to compete.
Max went on to play collegiate golf. I went on to win two national awards for my programs and personally serve hundreds of golfers across the country who were done letting stiffness and pain keep them from playing at their peak.
I’ve learned that at a certain point, it’s not about reinventing your swing, it’s about restoring what age, injury, and life have taken from your body. And that’s what we do here.
Fast, effective, golf-specific training that fits your life and revives your game.

Here’s what personal trainers won’t tell you:
They have no idea how to train golfers.
Ask a regular trainer for “golf exercises” and they’ll nod confidently while secretly Googling it on their phone.
Then they’ll hand you the same squats and deadlifts they give to football players and call it “golf performance.”
Golf doesn’t need brute strength. It needs flexibility, speed, and rotational power.
Your hips, back, and shoulders have very specific jobs in your swing.
When those areas get tight or out of sync from the wrong type of training, your rotation disappears, your swing feels restricted, and your distance drops.
Here’s the good news: you don’t need to live in the gym to fix it.
You need a system targeted to the specific needs of golfers over 45.
One that:
➡️Restores flexibility where you’ve lost it,
➡️Builds speed and rotational power,
➡️Helps your swing feel effortless again....
...In just 25 minutes.
And that system exists.
Your body has changed
Your flexibility has changed
Your speed has changed
Your energy has changed
So why are you still practicing the same way you did when you were 20?
You’ve inadvertently set yourself up to fail.
“In just 3 months I regained 25-30 yards on my drive and can now walk 18 holes multiple days in a row without back pain” — Don age 74
This was the reality for Don, a lifelong golfer who’s gradually lost 20-25 yards with his driver.
He’s had multiple golf instructors and fitness trainers over the years, but even with all the “right” things, he felt stuck.
He couldn’t figure out the issue despite taking lessons, continuously replacing his clubs and exercising regularly.
After a disappointing fall golf season, he knew something had to change.
I mean, doing the same thing is only going to lead to the same results, right?
He decided to commit to my golf specific fitness plan in an effort to avoid the walk of shame to the forward tees, and play with less pain.
In just three months, Don regained 25-30 yards on his drive, averaging over 200 yards again.
He can now walk 18 holes multiple days in a row without back issues, and his knees no longer limit his daily mobility.
Don has reclaimed ownership over his body and his swing.

At a certain point it's no longer about taking more lessons, grinding on the range or buying new clubs.
It's about making sure your body can still perform the effortless and consistent swing that you know is still inside of you.
This isn't about spending 90 minutes a day doing generic workouts.
It's 25 minutes of targeted golf exercises designed specifically for golfers over 45.
No gym membership required. No cumbersome equipment.
Just your body, a few simple tools, and a proven system built for the realities of your age and goals.
You'll know exactly what to do, when to do it, and why it matters for your swing.
And because it's built on TPI-certified biomechanics, every exercise has a direct purpose: create smooth rotation, build clubhead speed, and prevent those "old age" aches and pains that sideline your good time.
Starting with the most immediate, results-oriented task first: the TPI Assessment.
This immediately shows you exactly what's limiting your swing. No guessing, no wasted time on exercises that don't matter for YOUR body.
From there, most golfers notice a difference in their flexibility within the first 3 weeks.
By week 5, they're hitting positions in their swing they haven't accessed in years.
And by week 8? They're consistently adding 15-20 yards off the tee, recovering faster after rounds, and playing with confidence they thought was gone forever.

Anyone who does not make use of this program is cheating themselves."

Let’s talk about what most golfers sink into trying to fix their game:
Private golf lessons: $150–250 per hour (doesn’t address physical limitations)
Personal trainer (not golf-specific): $80–120 per session, 2–3x/week = $960–1,440/month
Physical therapy for golf injuries: $150–300 per session + weeks of downtime
New clubs or gadgets hoping for a fix: $500–2,000+ (still can’t fix what your body won’t do)
By the time it’s all said and done, golfers easily spend $3,000–5,000+ trying to patch things together, and most of it doesn’t work because it’s not targeted to the needs of an older golfer.
Golf Flex Academy gives you a complete, TPI-based system built specifically for golfers 45+ at a fraction of the investment, and actually fixes your golf game.
❤️And here’s the bonus your spouse will love: when your back doesn't hurt while raking leaves, you look sexier in your Travis Matthews shirt, AND you're winning skins against your buddies… you come home a lot happier.
It's a win-win.
Because we all know that your golf scores affect everyone under your roof.

Let's say you're a 52-year-old golfer who won your club championship a few years back.
You've lost your competitive edge over the last 5 years despite taking lessons and switching your shafts.
You're busy with work trips, family commitments, golf league twice a week.
You need something that actually fits into your life.
Week 1: You dive into the Golf Flex Academy and start your TPI Assessment to get the exact data on what's going on with your body and swing.
You start following along with your first 25-minute session. No trial and error. No figuring out what to do. Just press play and follow the coach on screen.
You do this in the morning before work, or right after you get home. Sometimes in a hotel room when you're traveling. It takes less time than scrolling social media.
Week 3: Your hips feel different. You're getting deeper into your backswing without forcing it.
Week 6: You're hitting positions in your rotation you haven't reached in years. Your club pro notices and asks what you changed.
Week 10: You pull out a 7-iron on a hole where you've been hitting 6-iron all season. You're striping drives 15-20 yards past your old distances. And you're playing 36 holes on the weekend without paying for it Monday morning.
Because I work personally with every golfer to protect the integrity of the coaching process.
And quite frankly I don't want to manage any more employees or junior coaches. (If you're the boss then you get it)
Each client gets my direct attention and support throughout the 12 weeks, which means when those 10 spots are gone, they’re gone.
The next opportunity to join won’t open until next month.
If you’re serious about your game, now’s the time to act.
Don’t wait until the next guy at your club is outdriving you because he grabbed your spot first.

I've had golfers proudly tell me they do 100 sit-ups a day. But they're still dealing with back aches and losing rotational power.
That's because sit-ups are dumb. They can actually hurt your back more and don't help with rotation at all.
Ace Your Abs is a 5-day workout that takes less than 10 minutes a day and tweaks the most popular core exercises to be golf-specific—building rotational power and spine stability that directly translates to clubhead speed and injury prevention.
If you only did this 5-day program and nothing else, it would be worth it for the improvements in your golf body and swing.
That's how powerful targeted core work is for golfers over 45.
Stop wasting time on exercises that don't help your golf game.
Ace Your Abs fixes that in less than 10 minutes a day.

The #1 injury concern for golfers over 45 is lower back pain.
This specialized routine targets the exact areas that protect your spine during the golf swing, so you can play without fear and recover faster between rounds.
Use it as a standalone routine or integrate it into your regular training. Either way, your back will thank you.
Moving better in everyday life—getting out of cars, skipping up the stairs, yard work.
Touching their toes for the first time in decades
Sleeping better because their back and shoulders aren't as tight
Walking easier after sitting all day at a desk or in the car
Feeling more athletic and confident when they look in the mirror
Tightening their belt a notch
Every round you play with even the slightest limited mobility is reinforcing bad patterns in your swing.
Every swing you make while compensating increases your injury risk.
And every month you wait is another month of watching competitors hit it past you, shooting scores you know you're capable of beating, and feeling frustrated with a body that won't do what you ask.
The competitive golfers who commit to this now will be playing their best golf of the decade by next season.
The ones who wait will still be having the same conversations about "lost distance" and "getting old" that I overhear every day on the course.

I highly recommend this"

"It was the best thing I've done for ages"
"38 years ago l achieved my goal and turned into a professional golfer. Due to injuries I had to leave the game I love. I still play off a handicap of 5 so not too bad, but I struggled with fitness and flexibility. I stumbled across Carrie and signed up and it was the best thing I've done for ages. I feel so good now!."
- Chris Hardy, England

"I'm a competitive guy and want to win"
"Golf fitness will actually drive your competitive desire that much harder because the fitness aspect of it is now something you can check the box on. It gives you the ability to know that you have a fighting chance against someone that might be a better player than you just because your fitness is in a better position."
- Frank Glancy, Massachusetts

12 Weeks From Now (If You Do Nothing):
❌You're still losing distance every season.
❌Still watching players your age—or older—hit it past you.
❌Still dealing with that stiff back, those tight hips, that restricted turn.
❌You're compensating more. Risking injury more. And slowly accepting that "this is just what happens when you get older."
The gap between where you are and where you want to be keeps growing.
12 Weeks From Now (If You Start Today):
🔥You're bombing drives 15-20 yards past your old distances.
🔥You're turning effortlessly through the ball.
🔥You're walking off the course feeling energized instead of destroyed.
🔥You're attacking holes you used to lay up on.
🔥You're winning matches against players who used to have the edge.
🔥You're playing the golf you KNOW you're capable of.
And most importantly? You're proving to yourself that age is just a number when you train smart.
Which version of YOU do you want to be?
